Island friends and messages

Use island messages respectfully. Do not share another person’s private information or abusive content. The island owner can delete messages, and you can block or report a friend. Sending a gift removes that item from your collection; it has no cash value.

About Nobino

Nobino helps you record and reflect on your wellbeing. These terms apply when you use its diary, companion, chat, health plan, game and review features in the mobile app. The website provides marketing information and an administrator panel. Nobino is operated by Novelist Labs Limited.

Your account and content

Keep your account secure. Only upload information and photos you have the right to share. You retain your content; you allow Nobino to store and process it to provide the features you choose. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with its operation.

AI and health information

Creating an account includes agreeing to AI data sharing, which you can turn off at any time in Privacy settings. AI can be inaccurate. Review extracted information before saving it. Nobino does not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency care or continuously monitor your health. For urgent danger, contact your local emergency service rather than waiting for a reply.

Nobino Pro subscriptions

Nobino Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price then shown in the store unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app or your Nobino account does not cancel it. After cancellation, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their refund policies; Nobino cannot refund store purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts for us to confirm your subscription status.

Nobi energy

AI features use Nobi energy from a monthly allowance. Free and Pro accounts receive different allowances, shown in Plan & usage. Nobi energy has no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, does not roll over to the next period, and ends when your account is deleted. We may change allowances or how much energy a feature uses; the current figures are always shown in Plan & usage.

Referral bonus

When someone creates an account with your referral code, both of you may receive bonus Nobi energy. A bonus is added to the current monthly allowance when the code is claimed and expires with it. Bonuses are limited to a monthly number of referrals per inviter, have no cash value and follow the other Nobi energy terms. Referrals must be genuine: self-referral, multiple accounts or automated sign-ups may lead to bonuses being removed. We may change or end the referral programme; bonuses already added are not taken back except for misuse.

Availability and changes

Features may change or become unavailable. Keep copies of records that matter to you. Updated terms will be published here with a revision date. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Your choices

You can stop using Nobino, export your records or delete your account through Privacy settings. Data handling is described in the Privacy page. Deletion of Nobino data does not recall data previously sent to an AI provider, and does not cancel a store subscription.

Liability and limitations

Nobino is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nobino is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated — you should verify it before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nobino and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI outputs. Nobino is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.

Copyright and DMCA

All content, design, and code comprising Nobino are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. If you believe material on Nobino infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice to hey@nobino.app with: a description of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Nobino shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
